A bag full of maps

Well,  I guess its not really full...

 

Starting with what I would consider the most polished of these;

 

cs_escape: A prison breakout map. Both teams skins are Terrorist; Balkans breaking in to free their members from Phoenix crew. Lots of wide open spaces, potential for some wicked sniper action- but the underground entrances offer SMG/Shotty-friendly areas as well.

de_zapotec: Pretty simple bomb map, aesthetically based on aztec- hoping it has a bit higher pace to it than aztec, of course.

cs_crisis: urban-style hostage map. Basically one city block with an office building, parking garage, restaurant, some apartments and a warehouse. Fairly wide open, until you reach the hostage areas.

I have tested pretty extensively with bots, but never seen played with actual players. I think they should at least be fun to play, if they aren't the purtiest- I am always looking to improve, so outside input is encouraged.

cool cool ty. ya escape probably most interesting/unorthodox. I have a hard time making it for SNC a lot of time because hockey on saturday nights in canada is same as football on sunday in the states. I'll try to remember to bug you about it if I start to get in more regularly again, which im hoping to do. 

 

just out of curiosity, did i send you the files directly, or do you guys make use of workshop? escape make has been slowly ticking up subscriptions on the workshop since I published- probably where the traffic is coming from that has seemed so mysterious to me lol

Well a rainforest map would look silly if it was well-lit. I guess I lean more towards atmosphere... I don't mind someone shooting me from a dark corner, these things happen. (but thats just me)

 

I have recently added more light on escape though, actually. in the cell block areas
