    okay, well i dont really have the money for a better vid card... actually.. maybe i do. Since i dont know video cards of today anymore... could someone help me get a card within the price range of $250 that is MUCH better than a Radeon 9800 Pro 128mb

    depends. if you want to get an agp card, then these are the best agp cards on the market.

    if you want to upgrade to pci-e, then, you'd probably need to get a mobo first...

    I'm going to keep it short.

     

    Stacking: doesn't happen. If I'm joining a particular side of the map it's because I want to play for that side. Most of the time I end up joining the harder side of the map anyway...If there's a blowout I switch only when I die.... I don't purposely type 'kill' in console to switch teams. I don't think it's fair to myself or the team I'm leaving. In most cases what happens is the team that was blowing the round ends up winning 10 in a row anyway, which is pretty unfair too.

     

    Going for the objective: I go for the objective when it's reasonable and mathematically possible. If there's no time to defuse the bomb or if there are 7-10 Ts at B on de_cbble and I'm the only CT I will try to pick people off and that's it and see if there's time left. I'm not going to stupidly rush out and die.

     

    People who complain about my game play just want me to play stupid and I'm sorry I can't do that. I am being as good as teammate as I can be. If you wanna rush through with me somewhere let me know in game. Just don't expect me to blindly rush and die, I'll never do that. Many times people like k-wix, Doom and Franny go with me and cover one site. As a small 2 person team we do better than just a one man blind p90 rusher can ever do. You should try some of these tactics too.

     

    Concerning fun: I think lately it's been very fun playing CSS. Last week M2 was on more than usualy and we tried some custom maps on Scopeless as well as had some crazy fights on D2 and Italy against m2. For example, me and Franny were on ct on Italy with m2, mag, step, and few others on T and we beat them 10-5. I thought that game was a highlight of the week personally.

     

    Other than that, I'm not going to change the way I play because I don't think there's nothing wrong with it. I'm only going to get better. Some of you saw bad situations and blew them out of the proportion, it's cool, not the first time, won't be last. Anyway, it's good to keep busy during the day conversating with the community on the forums.

    I wanted to reply more indepth but I'll wait until more community members going to comment. I want to hear what people are saying.

     

    That said, there are few regulars who can't stand me whatever I do and just want to bring me down from whatever little bad thing I do, so beware of them.

    I got a 5-kill ace with the aug the other day. Too bad it was a pub and not a match.

    The only thing the m4 has on the aug is the flash suppressor.

     

    Yeah the aug is good. In addition to the silencer, the m4 is a little easier to spray (at least for me). The zoom function definitely makes it easier to get head shots, though.

     

    bogus, aug is horrible. it has nothing on m4. the rate of fire is slower, the recoil is much higher, and the zoom function is totally worthless - wastes time and slows rate of fire even further. 1on1. you won't even get a shot off against an m4, and if you do it will be off.

    i was disappointed with MW. Now I have tried the Carbon Demo.......just pathetic. Nothing more to add. They didn't remove the wheel bug where you can't assign an analog to a brake. In Drift mode it seems the car is controlling itself not you who's in control of the car. I'm going to finally give up on the NFS series. Most Wanted I had to play with the keyboard cause the physics model was just sad, this one I'm not really sure how much it improved, probably none.

     

    If they actually made one game and just constanly updated it (like CSS) they'd probably make a game like NFS Underground 1, with Drifting as in NFSU2, graphics from the latest game, career mode as in NFSHS, online playability as HS or UG1, physics and controls from UG1. But instead, they are not being straight....
