  1. I looked at that card too FK. The ratings on it performance wise wasn't on par with the other 500 series cards. It was like pulling teeth for me to pay the extra 60 bucks or so for this card. But I think I will be pleased.

I would get (from what I read) a high 400 series card instead of the 550. /shrug

  2. Aaahhhh well. After doing some searching. With tax and such from buying it from Walmart. I could go this route for all of 20 bucks difference. http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&N=100006519%2050001312%2040000048%20600030348%20600094002%20600107147&IsNodeId=1&bop=And&Order=PRICED&PageSize=20

Guess I am going to newegg.com. The easiest is Walmart but the best bang for your buck is newegg.

    I think...right? lol

  3. Wow! The BMW 328 and the Tiguan received high marks through KBB. Both close to 5/5. Guess I am making a trip to Sun motors in Mechanicsburg PA. One stop shopping for.those two cars.

Still wondering though...do the tires really only last 20k on the wrx sti? Surely there are low pro tires that last longer.

I did mean to mention that I would like a new car or a certified used one. Warranty does give me a piece of mind.

Right now I am a sponge, point me in the right direction and I will go drive it.

  4. Right now I own two Suv's. Gas guzzling..yes. Big deal over gas, ehh?

The wife love's her Suv and I like mine but I want a change. We have two kids that are car seat free and not at driving age so the freedom to drive a four seat car without worrying about comfort is all good. We have the wife's Suv for the soccer games and what not.

My want is a All Wheel Drive. I went and test drove a (racing blue) Wrx Sti hatchback today and did I ever feel giddy! The back-pressure sound of the turbo mixed with a 6 speed is pure awesome. Add the resale value of a Wrx Subaru and it feels like a no brainer. However the dealer shared the pro's and con's and a couple of the main con's were the need for 93 octane fuel (isn't that big of a deal seeing it is a 305hp engine) and how fast it goes through tires. He said they needed to be changed every 20k miles. That true??? Plus the set that are on it are terrible for PA winters. Also wondering if the sound of the loud turbo will wear on me after 6 months. Pro's...the car is a beast.

So I went shopping for comparisons on a 38k range of price and ran across the Audi A4 loaded or A6 (not as equipped). The Audi's resale is at par or better than Subaru from what I read. Subaru Ranked 4th in resale with Audi A5 next. . Just don't know much about the Audi.

Help me out! Ideas! What All Wheel Drive cars do you guys own or recommend? And any knowledge on the ones I mentioned would be nice.

  5. I like my iPhone. Plus its a bit difficult to change when I dumped so much money into crazy apps for my kids (and myself) to play. I do like the easy way of Facetime so my kids get to chat with my Mom, Dad and cousins. Course my family is Apple crazy...Koolaid man!
