  1. I thought it was an excellent Bond movie, I can't say how happy I was to see it not continue in the direction that the last two movie's have gone (invisible car for example).

I think Craig was an excellent choice and was particularly pleased to see that he comes out of a 10 minute fight looking as bruised and battered as he should.

    Chair with no seat anyone????

Yikes. I also liked the villain in this film. He was cold as ice.

  2. I liked it a lot. Much beter than brosnan's later movies (goldeneye was great).

I can't wait to see Craig's next movies. It seems that he has given new life to the bond series.

  3. I have never tried it, but I can't imagine playing a game comfortably with it. I'm just glad the GC controllers are compatible, in case I don't like the remote. I know, I shouldn't judge it before I try it.

  4. Know nothing about the controller you're talking about, but Gamecube controllers work with it. Would need them to play gamcube games anyway, I would think. The power button on the Wii controller is another cool little thing.

Thank goodness for that. I would never buy a Wii if the only controller you could use with it was the remote. Now I can reconsider.

  5. Just from what I have seen, I would say 2.0ghz dual core, 2 gigs of ram minimum, 512mb video card minimum. That's what I'm planning on having by then anyway.

That would be for high detail/textures. Unreal engines are always very optimized, so FPS shouldn't be an issue providing that you have a system less than one year old.

  6. I wouldn't mind that kind of gameplay. As long as the fighting doesn't physically stop (like in kotor) it's fine with me. I have been playing Diablo II since the original demo, so needless to say I'm a bit biased. :D

Actually Buldrur's Gate and Icewind Dale play very differently from NWN

You're controlling a party, not just one person, and the story line is more quickly paced.

It's easier to get into, in my opinion.

You can't go wrong with Fallout

KOTOR isn't strictly turn-based, and it's not strictly real time either....have you tried it?

I tried it, but as soon as I fought the first enemy, I knew I wouldn't like the game. Having to pause, and then select different combat options is lame IMO.

  8. I had this happen about two builds ago and it was the MB shorting out on something on the case..make sure you dont have extra pins sitting under the MB..use only the ones it says to secure the MB. If not that then a RMA for sure. It should not be the CPU and would get further if the RAM had errors unless it is TOTALLY BAD. Again, check the pin in the case when you put in the new MB... :)

Yep. I always look for this now. That's a good way to destroy any mobo, and its not that obvious. :biglaugha:

  9. I have a n64 and ps2, but PC RPGs are what I am after. Also, the combat must be all real-time, which rules out any KOTOR or FF games.

I will definitely look into Baldurs Gate, Icewind and Fallout.

I have Neverwinter nights Platinum Edition, and I just can't get into it.

  10. What RPGs do you recommend? I am a huge fan of the Diablo series, and play WoW and Guild wars on a regular basis. The elder scrolls series is also a favorite of mine. So, what are some good games I should look into?
