yeah whitey, i'm with you on this one. this is getting stupid. everyone just shut up. i don't even know who you are mcdougle but you sure talk a lot of crap. funny how you haven't been banned for it......... anyway, count me out of any kind of competition with twc. i just really don't care that much. this problem is solved, sgc is gone and anyone is welcome to play on our server (once it's up). the only point i was trying to make with my post was that the banning of sgc was wrong and i think most people know that. but the admins here are too arrogant to admit they screwed up. they've showed in the past that they don't even follow their own rules half the time, so.....whatever. it's just a game and i intend to continue playing it wherever i can. I did enjoy playing with some of the people on gc servers, but hopefully they'll check out our server. anyway, this is over. just drop it. [sGC] Pyro

Ok look, I just read the thread that led to the ENTIRE SGC clan being banned. The only reason I even knew about it was because I tried to log on and found out I was banned. That sounds fair right? I wasn't even there when that whole incident occured and I haven't spoken to Gambit about it yet so I don't really know what happened. It doesn't even matter really. The fact is that anyone who plays with the SGC regularly knows how we play. They know that we follow the rules and play to have fun. That's the point of this server, right? It seems that too often the admins here go on power trips that distract from the game. Admins should be on the server to ensure fair teams, eliminate cheaters, and punish intentional tk's. If there were any admins on the server when this situation was happening, it is their responsibility to take action against the tk's. If a known player such as Gambit complains that there is a problem with a tker or team flasher, shouldn't something have been done by those admins??? Instead of policing the server for people with dirty names or sprays, how about you guys actually do a good job of maintaining standards of fair play? Instead of punishing the tker in this instance, GC has chosen to BAN an entire clan of quality, upstanding players. Way to go. The ban wasn't even needed. Gambit said he wasn't going to play here anymore. Why ban him? Why ban any of us? I'm not asking for you to unban any of us. Frankly, it should be us that boycott you. I think the admins of this server owe the entire SGC clan an apology and should beg for us to continue to play here. (We won't anyway due to our new server starting up but the apology should be made anyway.) Get off your high horse power trips and admit that you made a mistake. Maybe then we'll let you play on our server, where fair play and fun will rule, not arrogant admins. PEACE [sGC] Pyro btw- If whiteyford was one of the admins there, he should be ashamed of himself. He's played with the SGC a lot and is actually one of the better admins. He should have handled this situation before it became a situation. He also should have spoke up on the forums in Gambit's defense.

OK I will continue to follow the rules if I am unbanned as I followed them before. And as to my being banned, one day I could log on, the next I couldn't. You have seen the links in this thread, have you followed them? Can you commit to ensuring that if we lift the ban that you will follow them? I believe banning would be considered a harsh action. I was given no warning. I have repeatedly asked for someone to explain to me what I did to deserve a ban. No one has given me a satisfactory response. Shodan, I'm not even sure what "committment" you are talking about. Are you talking about a committment to following the rules? A committment to following those links? I don't understand. In the instructions for getting a ban removed, it says to admit what you've done wrong. I still don't know!!! Ok, I'm still banned and I'm still not sure why. My ID# is STEAM_0:1:6786629. I would be gratefull if someone would respond to this and at least tell me why I was banned. To all GC admins, members, etc... I am new to the GC server, so bear with me... I am [sGC] Pyro and I just found out that I have been banned from your servers. WHY??? I have followed your rules. I was warned once by a GC member because I typed an underscore (_____). Is this a bannable offense on this server??? I do NOT understand why I have been banned. I enjoy playing on this server and would like to continue doing so. Please let me know why I have been banned. [sGC] Pyro
