  1. I've come to the conclusion it's the game itself. No rate fixes the issues it has. It's terrible for registry in comparison to its predecessors and always will be.

  2. Yes, there are a ton of people willing to help out. Your classmates are great resources of "So how do you do this? or What did you end up getting for this one?" stuff. Depending on teh size of the school, the professors are usually more than willing to help. Smaller colleges like the one I attended, they pretty much all had an open door policy, if you saw them in their office, it was probably ok to come in and ask them some questions if you had any. I don't know about larger universities really, but I know they have aids.

Good luck, it's gonna be a lot of hard work, but it'll pay off in the end.

  3. I couldn't wait til my son could crawl, then walk. Now hes opening draws, cabinets, running from me when i try to dress him. Walking up and trying to climb on me when im just trying to relax on the couch. The days of just having him sit in his bouncy seat were so nice...

  4. You playing on the expansion? I started playing the game again after the update until the expansion came out, cuz I dont wanna drop that kinda money on it yet. If it's in the first part, then I could join ya maybe.

Wait are rifts only in the expansion?

  5. A girlfriend leads to a wife. A wife leads to kids. Kids leads to no gaming time.

Trust me, TURN BACK NOW! It's a slippery slope my friend. lol

  6. A little of both? Really you just spawn in, try to mine some stuff to build your first wood 1x1 to keep your stuff in. Hope that it doesnt get raided in the meantime while u loot towns and mine some more to get a bigger better base up to protect your stuff more. After you get settled pretty nicely with a good stash of weapons/armor/C4 etc then you pretty much just go around trying to kill people, take their stuff and blow up bases to steal all their stuff. After that its gets a little old, but usually when people start controlling a server then it gets wiped and it starts fresh, so some people like that, others hate it cuz "all their hard work is gone now".

Or play in PvP servers with high drop rates, and just try to get a base and amass guns to go on killing sprees. Kinda fun too.

  7. Friends friends friends.

Anyway, so them talking was actually like mic talk? At first I thought it was voice actors, then realized about a minute or so in that it was them on the mic. It does look sweet. In an open world with other players though, where were they getting extracted to exactly? Like can you have a home base that only people in your group can access? Very cool looking though.

  8. At only 2-3 nights and spending 90% of my time at FF, all I need is a bed with a locked door. Rust style. The cheaper the better as long as it doesn't include bed bugs with it. We stayed at that Days Inn also and it wasn't amazing but worked fine.

  9. It's hard to get a vanilla server going, and it seems the key is to have admins on all day, to ban hackers and appease whiners. But it's a lot of fun when there's like 40 other people and you need to work with your friends to even get a 1x1 wood base started. Then it starts to grow and you start raiding. I dunno the massive pvp server seems boring to me as well.

  10. Congrats! Yeah your gaming will most likely take a pretty big hit, I know mine has. However if you choose not to work at all, that could help a lot with having some free time to game on.
