Don't Kill Me Freaky Jason

I haven't played CSS for roughly 3 years, and have just now came back. I'm very glad to see GC is still around, as I played GC servers almost exclusively. So far it seems like there hasn't been a ton of changes in the overall game play. Is there any big changes I should know about, to avoid coming off like a newb?

I play Knight Online(one of the highest rated for its PVP) and Hero Online(open beta), which are two decent free ones. Knight Online gets server problems sometimes because they are growing so fast, but recently they have been increasing their Customer Service and trying harder to keep the game servers up and cheating down. Let me know if you start, we are building a clan right now of all clean players.

Some idiot came on the scopless server tonight (around 11:15pmCST) screaming in his mic and using all chat to promote his website. He was using a speedhack and killing all of the other team. He started as a CT then changed to T. No admin was on so he was able to do this for several minutes. Right after he disconnected I get banned, and am not sure why. The only thing I can think of is that I that I typed "kill" in console so that he couldn't kill me. I need help getting unbanned. Several other players, some GC members were on at the time. I didn't copy down his name because I didn't think I was going to get banned. GC servers are the only servers worth playing CS on, and the scopless is my favorite. Can someone help me out?
