i think this needs to be closed with statements like this saying that a large amount of muslims in america are murdering women and children in the name of allah thinking they are going to "heaven"

lets just see if falcons can beat eagles...i think that the pats defense will just intimadate big ben so i think the pats will win on defensive touchdowns or big fumble recoveris....if staley and bettis play well then it will come down to a kick in the snow (anyone else hoping for a ton of snow...these teams both look like they feed off of cold weather?)

this lady will recieve these hate mails weather she is a black person/white person/asian etc etc

because she is a person of color people who write these hate mails have an easy way to make fun or her and put her down.

if she was fat, i am sure she would get numerous emails putting her down becuase of her wieght (like ZD often does to micheal moore)

am sure they do get hate mail. I however doubt they get a bunch of racist hatemail from Conservatives of the same ethnic backgroup or we would hear about it.

is it still racist if the hate mail comes from someone of the same ethnic background?..wouldnt that just be nomral hate email?

being predijuice (err sp?) is when you put someone down because they are different than you...if you put someone down because they are they same as you its not a racist issue anymore

i for one would rather have this forum be free of it

i dont think the US government should, or should have to, make legislation to make sure that sports are drug free. if the sport itself can't keep its own players drug free, and is too impetent to do anything about it... may i suggest we start watching a different sport http://biz.yahoo.com/prnews/050113/lath071_1.html hehe ok i'll stop with the shameless plug for the greatest sport ever. but right, if the people who run baseball can't do their job correctly, and those who put them in power fail to do anything about it, and the MLB disentagrats. so what, its not our governments place to babysit the sports leagues, if it was they'd be doing something about hocky. i know alot of people love that sport, and thats fine, but i dont want my taxes paying to find out if barry bonds is shooting up.

i think its sad when this is what bush reguards as a top priority (or any politican for that matter)...arent there more important things in the world to be trying to fix than baseball (i.e. education, iraq, tsunami, economy, social security)

if we were to do that then how could we say we were any better than those who beheaded all those people, we couldnt.

at least the current bush adminstration's stance on this subject does not make us any better than them (when i say we i dont mean myself cuz of course i dont support torture)

killing 100,000 thousand people...using torture and a government sponsor activity...numerous other horrendous acts are all "the bad stuff that comes with war"...but it makes america no better than the terrorists of the world
