Flitter, I can carry you through Greater Rift 60 and do a bunch of 2 minute rift key runs; At the least, easily get your gems leveled up and hopefully some mighty gear drops. If I haven't created a level 1 of whatever class you're playing, I'll make sure I do, so loot drops for that class drop for me as well.

Oh, Talpa, Hey, how have you been? I just started using steam again, and am trying to get back into gaming.

It is now 24 months, since I'm just over a week away from my two year mark. Yay. And, this album gets continually updated. I figure, this way, people get a slight inkling of what I've gone through these last two years.

Actually a small update for me... I'm considering detransition. I think it might be easier to pretend to be how I was born than to live like this. I get called Tranny and Shemale on a regular basis... I had a black guy contact me and ask me if I was a tranny, so I asked him "Are you a (I should be banned)?" And he blew up on me, and I responded "Because that's just as derogatory as tranny," but he responded "But you are a tranny."

There's no escaping it. No one wants to learn the correct terminology, no one sees us as anything other than a piece of meat... I had one girlfriend during transition and she used those 4 months as an experimentation. It's doubly hard when you can't find love or acceptance from anyone.

I was in the London Pride Parade Sunday. On the back of the truck where the world could see, and, the whole time, people were saying "You look like a girl" or "I would never have guessed" but when I saw a photos, it was a fat guy with boobs in a dress, and man, for anyone who knows what dysphoria is, it crushed me. I haven't taken the estrogen or progesterone in several days, but I still take the hormone blocker, because right now, I'm not sure what to do.

I'm thankful to have players in the community like Master Talpa who have been there since I started transition, who has been EXTREMELY supportive the entire time, and I'm sorry I lost touch with you.

Personally, this latest week has been horrible. I've attempted suicide twice, and instead of friends being concerned, it's instead my mother, who has been so transphobic the entire transition, but now after seeing the results, she's terrified.

Truthfully, it's difficult to live in a world where I look like a boy with shoulder-length hair, and even when I wear makeup, it doesn't really help much at all...

My mom being terrified has offered to now pay for FFS, which is facial feminization surgery; they do their best to restructure the facial bones to be more female. However, I need weight reduction surgery, and gender reassignment surgery. I wasn't so focused on the latter until every dating site or guy interested would ask "Are you a tranny," or "Shemale?" or "If you have lady parts we can truck" because being Pre-op means no one wants you, because who you are doesn't matter to anyone.

I figured I could vent here because very few people view this thread, so it shouldn't raise any alarming reactions.

I wish there were more awareness, honestly...

I think that I'm doing A LOT better, now, but I've been gone from PC gaming for a while.

Personally, I own a 4K monitor and don't feel they're all that necessary, yet. On the gaming side, most games don't "officially" support it, and you really need a multiple-gpu setup to run games at that resolution smoothly while also looking pretty. I do, however, run an Intel PCIe SSD with 3gbps r / 2gbps w

Intel CPU's are generally slightly better, but nothing game-changing when related to purely gaming. I don't use my machine for anything outside of gaming, there's really nothing that I do that requires the best-of-the-best, or even close to it, really. From a gaming perspective, I find that it's just a difference in preference; CPU's are so fast these days that I imagine games are hard-pressed to fully utilize them, and there are still many games that don't run threaded, or use multiple cores, for that matter.

I'm also an avid console gamer, owning both a Wii U and an PS4. Speaking of hardware, prior to installing anything...

Here's my current setup; I gave two of the 21" screens to my brother, since I sort of ran out of room.

Hey... I just got back from an extremely long hiatus due to medical reasons, and I go to game, and the servers are empty! Community, where did you go?

I had originally not commented the code due to having an autobiographical memory, and not having plans to release the code publicly, I just didn't find it necessary. When I used to write code that had multiple collaborators, there was always comments for any sections where it wasn't absolutely straight-forward. I've posted the code publicly so the people who want to run their own modular points or rpg plugin (rpg mode can be completely disabled in favour of a points only mode, or vice-versa) can, without having to pay a developer to do so. The great part about it being modular is it can be completely customized, so even if another server were using it, it could look entirely different. But providing the link to the git here should be helpful to anyone currently playing with source or anyone interested in modding for it. It also signifies my permanent departure from programming. I may update the code I post on the repo, when necessary, but it won't be an area of focus. I'm sure if it receives any attraction that someone else might pick up the projects.

Hey guys, because I don't play left 4 dead 2 any longer, I decided to create a repo and upload a lot of my work.

This should be a solid for anyone who is interested in writing plugins for source, most specifically left 4 dead 2.

It features natives, forwards, and other more advanced techniques, but I'm fairly certain it's a great place to start for scripters at any level.

I, myself, am a novice scripter, and open-source tools helped me learn; I haven't found many plugins that do the sorts of things these do so hopefully they help someone out!

If you're into the more advanced stuff, try rumbling through the rum_rpg and /rpg/ code. It contains those pesky dynamic arrays, but most importantly, is a modularly-developed plugin, supporting as much content as configs you can generate.

The great thing about the GC server is they've managed to keep the versus server marginally simplistic over the years, without bogging it down with a bunch of added features, abilities, or other hoo hah's. That's what I love, at least.

I decided it was time to build a second gaming system --- so that I can be on my system while my roommate is on another one.

I liked what I saw with this case, so I went ahead and picked it up!

This is my new set up. New chair, picked up a logitech 5.1 speaker system (for when you just don't feel like wearing headset) oh, and there seems to be carpet.

Speaking of blankets... I kind of want to nail one into the wall right now... The sun is in my face!

It looks like I may be moving my computer to the wall on my right, soon, though, so I can mount my 37" above the screens

I've been looking at getting day z, even though it's in alpha. Participating in alpha greatly assists the developers (and supports them.)

However, I've been playing nether here and there, haven't tried rust, and for <insert deity here> sake, please don't talk about infestation (the war Z)

I've been renovating my gaming area; painting, installing an ugly A/C unit, and installing a new light fixture in the room.

There's still more work to do, such as getting a new chair (or using the one from IKEA and putting it on an elevated platform) but for now, I'm happy with the results and thought I'd share them with everyone!

Generally, the plugin I wrote handles *most* situations well. Each map has a different length to it, so it takes some experimenting with the distance settings in each config file, so it's trial and error, but for the base maps, I've set base distances.

The plugin supports translations, which means you can add support for as many languages as you feel like adding. When a player moves a certain distance ahead of the teams average (again, the average is weighted differently based on settings) it will notify them that they're rushing and that they will be punished (or teleported) if they don't return to their team. I've been thinking about adding an auditory notification to compliment the message that is displayed to the player.

If you try it and anything doesn't seem to work, let me know and I'll patch it in.

I do run a development server that is unlisted where players can try out development versions of mods and plugins that I write, as well. It's helpful with finding out what features people would like to see, and debugging.
