Believe it or not - I'm still confused about Tank Mutation - never heard of it - most people run away from tank as soon as it spawns, so that's nothing new.

It's so easy for top players to buy tanks within a minute - maybe we should increase tank to 65pts and heal at 40pts?

I will go ahead and change the ban to 1 week, but if it happens again, we will not be so lenient.

Fact :  some people just won't communicate at all :  people don't want to get up straight away, especially if there are multiple tanks and / or they will be black/white.  Then it takes a few moments to assess the overall situation, who are mains, how many alive, how many points combined does the team have?  Then, when multiple people type !np, it's a case of having to keep asking; it's not unusual for 3 or 4 people to send points to the same person and that person doesn't realise they have so many points.

If all hope is lost, I will send points to any main who is alive regardless whether they typed !np or not.

It's only up to the admin to deliver a skip-vote if requested by the majority of the losing team if it's unwinnable.

 

On another issue with hunters, I've seen people just bounce around for an entire map without doing anything - STOP  IT.

 

No deadstopping and now no bouncing around in the map using hunter? What's next?

 

Don't be facetious - we know you're not stupid - read the statement - I'm not going to name names, but a member I specced - bounced around with a hunter for an entire map, doing absolutely nothing whatsoever.

Do you think that is helpful?    But let's not digress - as Peanut says - if you're doing it purposely, then, yes, it's griefing your team. 

Let's not get bogged down with other issues here - we are talking dead-stopping hunters :  we know the consequences of failure - person dies, infected get untold points for tanks and heals.

If people want to dead-stop, and the consensus is yes, I would suggest - don't send the dead-stopper points, don't pick them up or heal and don't defib as they will probably just do the same thing.

Not so long ago, I got 4 high pounces on someone practicing deadstop.  lucky for my team I had a few heals and killed everone using the forklift and we won.

That upset a few people.   This situation is seriously griefing your team.

If you're bored with the game, go away and do something different, do not spoil the game for your own selfish need.

As you realise, things tend to get a bit hectic - especially with new people who don't know what they're doing.

Admins don't appreciate the snide comments - it didn't sound like a joke to me, but hey, that's probably the difference in humour over this side of the pond.

Please just let us do our job to try and make games balanced so it doesn't become a one-sided massacred from the start.

Probably doesn't feel like Christmas because we're all so fed up of the advertising and commercialisation  that seems to begin 6 months before it actually happens - my local shop is already selling Easter Eggs.

Anyhow, hope you all have a peaceful and enjoyable holidays - lots of snow last year, but no sign of it at all - we got the hottest December on record for over 100 years - 10 degrees C
