When server is not full, there should be no reason for anyone to sit in spec for prolonged periods of time. If you are in spec for more than 1 map, don't be upset that you will probably be kicked.

For some reason, it seems that the sound desyncs from the green guide bar...

This is where windows fails - rendering - not as smooth as Mac - not much point trying to fix it, something else would go wrong instead - at least green guide line is only 3 16th notes ahead.
