    I just can't get this game

    I've been keyboarding since 98' so typing has never been a problem for me Troll-ava.gif

     

    but if you want some advice, just bind the !buy menu.

     

    Things you should only really buy is:

     

    AK for excellent spray with good power and accuracy

     

    AWP for fast and easy kills Troll-ava.gif

     

    Lasers for accuracy obviously

     

    Fireworks for easy common kills and to get them off of you while you're trying to aim

     

    Pills for when you are in the red or orange, and to share with fellow team members so you don't have to heal them.

     

    First aids to heal yourself only, don't give team mates points, you won't ever get point farmer Troll-ava.gif

     

    Never send points out, always expect your team mates to give you points, if not yell at them for not sharing Troll-ava.gif

     

    These are the only items I've ever bought, The only thing I really type is the !sp command to send points out. Troll-ava.gif

     

    Tell people to ask for points and be prepared to send them out.

     

    A majority of every player on GC spawns in the same spot, knowing these spots on every map might just make you a better player.

     

    Like specialK once said, its all about pre-aiming, but not just that, you also need a good reaction.

     

    Maximum volume with a good pair of headsets will let you know where infected(and what type of infected depending on the sound they make) are before you see them, so aim in the direction of the sound and just wait till they show themselves.

     

    Its easy to farm points as infected on certain parts of every map, with certain types of infected, but some times it can be hard. I will not give any advice on point farming as infected.

    How to (and when can you) shoot through walls. I do this all the time and I don't think people know how effective it can be.

     

    When to melee a hunter in the air. I have trouble with this. I do it when I think it's right, when I think it's early, and when I think it's late: and sometime it works, sometimes it doesn't. I wrote it off as lag so I don't usually count on a melee working for me.

     

    I'd make the videos server specific even if some can be used whenever. "You would do this 10v10 because" etc. Chain charging is probably a lot harder to get going with 4 strangers on a regular server.

    In Amurica, we have a democracy where the majority rules. To the people saying "I don't want this" or "I do want that" it's not about you. It's about what everyone wants. I have no idea why we would play a map or finale when 60% of the team or especially 75%+ of votes counted want to do something else.

     

    Time and time again we play finales or maps that MOST the players on the server are not into. I have no idea if this is an admin thing to where you need to play a map no one else wants to play or you need to flex your muscle but the fact of the matter is a map should be changed if most of the current players on the server want it to be.

     

    I do not like rage harvest. That does not mean I never want to play it. If most of the players wanted to play it I would not be against it seeing as how the majority wanted to play it. Sometimes I've played it and had a good time, no big deal.

     

    Let the majority rule, not an admin who feels like playing a map they like. The rules sound logical so far however some finales are a waste of time no matter how close the scores are. Again, if majority rules....

    Honestly, the worst map in the game is Swamp fever, and thank god Jackie hasn't included that in the rotation!

    Is there an easy way to allow a vote to skip to the next campaign in the rotation? Or even have options for others specifically? A simple skip to next campaign would be fine, you could even make it 75%+ of all recorded votes for "yes" would invoke the change.

     

    Too many times there are no admins on and we are stuck playing maps that most everyone is not into. Biggs suggested I contact an admin to have them come in and change the map. I really don't want to bother people to do something so trivial but maybe if I know who could rcon then I guess that wouldn't be too inconvenient of a request...

    BMW Crew, where you at?

    I love em too, the tacky chrome trim dates the car, and I'm alright with that! Damn man, I'm the first of my family to be into BMW's and have so far only had the ones in the picture. Red one for a year, white for half a year. 100% hooked though and I thoroughly enjoy working on them. I'd like to own all the classics at some point in my life; original M5, original M6, any 2002 that has a front valance as to not make it look like a boat hahaha.

     

    My buddies Dakar e36 recently got into a fender bender and it's actually getting totaled (have no clue how looking at the damage).... He's weighing his options now on what to get. If he gets the e46 M3 coupe I'll report my findings (when I take it for the obligatory spin) though I'm in my mid 20's and daily drive my 325es with billy sports and h&r race so what do I know about comfort ha!

    Nice!! I bet the e36 crowd over here would kill for that one! I met someone with an e46 330ci and he said it was awesome so I could only imagine what the newer 335ci feels like. You have/had a couple nice cars! I think my next "dream" car will be an e46 M3 thought I really do have a soft spot for the e36. How do you like my US spec diving boards? hahaha

    Both, the red one is the regular 325es, the white one is the M3. The yellow one is my buddy's e36 M3. Good luck on the M1!! I'm partial to that model 6 series as well "the shark"!

    I'd imagine the easiest thing to do will be to just pre-charge everyone then decide on the place once you get an idea (guaranteed money) from that, no?

     

    I've never been to a LAN that wasn't very small, group of close friends, and of the XBOX nature (as NO ONE I know plays PC).

     

    How much is this usually? I'm definitely interested in going and probably bringing a friend (road trip).

    I'm 5'9" was never skinny but never really that badly overweight. Once I hit 190 though I knew it was time to change it up. Eating out all the time is a helluva drug.
