Comcast told me to clean cache in my browser to fix internet connection. lol

Yeah they said they were being ddos which i know does not take two months to fix and they never told me what the real problem was.

Comcast is horrible. Told me for 6 months to buy a new modem as it was the cause. So I finally did, then come to find out it was a problem with a line on a pole somewhere.

Clearing the cache does fix stuff, but not your internet connection. What kind of training do they give people down there?
