I have the game as well and want to check it out, however I am a noob and would have no idea what I'm doing. Perhaps I can partner up with some GC peeps and get some tips.

 

I'm in, and failing that, just get 4 GC noobs together and see how hard we can fail.

I'm in too...we can get on ventrilo and play a match against bots first to get the hang of the game. Then maybe play a real match lol

No it isnt, its still a game in beta and free lol. You can buy in game items, but you can also earn them by simply playing and it doesnt not effect game play at all. Add me on steam and ill send you one to try out.

Yes the menu has changed, at least the infected side...here is my autoexec.cfg file. It should be updated with all the new binds

Just scroll to the very bottom and change the settings, depends on the alias names, as i prefer to list them all for myself lol

Never saw this till now. It's an awesome gesture FK, but i won't be making it this year. Coming to FFO is on my to-do list though. Just have to convince my girlfriend it's a valid way to spend the time in the US.

Time to go to Vegas? with a small detour for 3 days ofcorse...

I do have the game, installing it now. I would love to try this game out with other GC members if possible!

• Dynmap - (plugin info) - live, real-time minecraft world map with player locations, movements, health, and chat text - all available in your modern browser of choice.

Now that we have gone over how to connect to the server and the rules, the basic commands that are offered by GC using in game chat for a players ease are as follows:

  • /warp <warpname>......................Teleports you to a specific warp-point.
    
  • /warplist......................................Shows all warps on the server.
    
  • /sethome <homename> .............Sets a home-point at your current location.

~ Connecting to the GC Minecraft Server ~

• Launch minecraft.exe
  
• Select Multiplayer on the main menu
  
• On the bottom of the window select Add Server
  
• Server Name - GC Minecraft Server (or simply choose a convenient name)
