  1. If there is a health food store nearby, I would talk to them. The problem with any supplement is that they are not regulated, and can have unlabeled ingriedents in there. I used to used, GNC's 100% whey protein, until the athletic department advised me to stop (drug screening reasons).

  2. Pilates will help strengthen the core muscles (so your back) and stretch them too. They sound girly, but if you are doing them right they are very effective. They also have ones that are easier than others, so you can start with easy ones and build from there. But to lose weight, you would need to do cardio along with these.

  3. I'd say once in awhile is fine, if its happening everynight everyother map thats different. Mmmm when more than 5 of us had our computers on at the same time (let alone in game) used to do Mmmm vs back in the day

  4. Have a 2006 Civic EX w/ about 30.000 on it and still loving it. Have not done anything but change the oil. I have been caring a new air filter in my trunk for a couple weeks that needs changed.
