  1. It can't be such bad map when i see most of the time the server is full of regulars.

     

    Just leave it in the rotation and bring back crash course.

  2. Back when Crash Course was still in the rotation many people would say they didn't like it because each chapter is long, most teams won't make it to saferoom and i think that's what people are not liking now.

     

    I'd like to see Crash Course back on rotation.

  3. Did I read correctly recently that "I Hate Mountains" was causing issues?

     

    Yes, if I remember it was on chapter 3 the infected team would crash whenever their spawn timer was up.

     

    Do we still do custom maps ever? What about Jackie Pathing?

    Yes and No, it's hard to get 20 people for custom nights unless they know in advance.

    Now for Jackie's pathing I don't know if is the same as normal pathing(pretty sure it's not) not many people like it unless they want a little challenge.

  4. I brought up this idea a long time ago, the response to it was "no, ask an admin to put up skip vote" I said what if there is no admin? The response I got was still "no" so there you have it.

  5. This is disappointing, fireworks were limited to 5 per survivor to stop the abuse at the time and you want to further put limits on it.

     

    I can't be 100 % certain but rarely you get 4-5 survivors using fireworks and the times that happens games last 20 minutes per round.

     

    I was in the game on which you got that idea, only Elias and I bought fireworks and the round lasted 15 minutes.

     

    When the limit was put in place people started using more strategically so it's not getting spammed but just different players buying it in time of need.

  6. Then would you blame the hunter for landing a pounce or would you blame the survivor standing out in the open for no reason even though he knows(?) or is told there are gonna be hunters wanting to pounce.

     

    The problem most of the time is/was having too many good hunters on 1 team which in turn are also good at survivor play.

     

    You forget there is a ceiling in most maps Carlos, few can use it effectively.

  8. The only reason for me to tell someone to stop playing hunter is if he's not landing any of the pounces be that by getting skeeted or simply missing the target way too many times.

    Is it possible to add a timer for skipping the tank? A few times players go AFK to pass the tank but it ends up going AI, a timer would prevent the infected team from losing a tank.

  10. I wanted to propose this on the other thread but it's locked.

     

    If points could be awarded based on how high the hunter pounce is done with a starting 6.7 points at the minimum distance for a 25 dmg pounce and 12.5 for a pounce where the hunter is 2-3x higher, then hunter would have the choice of possibly landing a 6.7 points per pounce or risk getting nothing when trying to get a pounce worth 12.5 points.

    Unfortunately it won't stop due to poor survivor play blamed on infected.

  12. 7.1 per 25 damage plus whatever damage you can do after that can total 10.35 per pounce, it can go much higher but that depends how long it takes a hunter to get cleared.

     

    So 5 pounces of 25 dmg to get a tank or 8 if you want 80 plus 3 achievements = 95 points, that still won't help poor survivor play. It'll take long to get that much points but again it depends how well survivors do in the round.

  13. I'm OK with nerfting the hunter and working hard toward getting a tank but it doesn't solve poor survivors play, a.k.a stacked games.

     

    If it was possible to re-balance teams on the fly, say a new player with low ppm or no ppm joins have him go to the winning team or if a good player joins then have him go to the losing team to help then games should in theory stay even skill wise.

     

     

    If you can do death charge with a  smoker then I'm all for the smoker being able to move, plus getting points from assist on survivors death charge would be good.

  14. No I have NEVER EVER said that in the 100 times I have posted in this thread. I'm sorry that new players and bots don't read your suggestions on just side stepping hunters and if you had read my suggestion, you would agree that you would get to hunt MORE of these incompetent bots and new players. If you haven't taken the time to read my posts then please don't respond to them and have discourse over arguments I have NOT made. It distracts from the discussion at hand.

    I sorry if I misread your post(I may have in all honesty).

     

    True there will be more pounces, but then people will get annoyed(for a lack of a better wording) and will probably end up leaving the game.

    Like 9.1. This effectively changes the amount of pounces needed to gain tank points from 3 to about 5. At 12.5 a pounce 6 pounces would give you almost 100pts. 25% moves the class from a front runner in my opinion to being on par with the rest. That is a reasonable amount.

    Lowering beyond 25% makes the classes a bit useless. The amount of points awarded for the max attack would not be worth it. If it is to be lowered more can we implent not allowing spitters to spit in elevators, boomers not to be able to boom clusters of people in elevators, etc.? Could the damage awarded from pounces be increased? *Example: What ever the default distance is for 25dp if you are higher and land you do more damage? In my opinion the max damage delivered should be no greater than 100.*

     

     

    I can agree to getting 9 points max per 25 damage pounce since it would give survivors more of a survival chance but increasing the damage is a bit much since the survivor take 10-25 more damage after getting pounced for a total of 35-50 damage if not more if it's not cleared fast enough.
