A few hours ago on Dark Carnival 1, after the survivors dropped down the big hill, there was a smoker underneath the map pulling our survivors. Although I do not have straight up evidence that someone was pulling from under the map, I do have the name and Steam Id of the smoker I found under the map when I went into spectator. 1 survivor actually died, because he was so far behind and all survivors were shooting at an imaginary smoker that would be behind the survivor. The logs even show the person who got pulled on the survivor team to instantly call out "hax," believe his name was War_300 who got pulled and killed.
