eliminate drug dealers, by legalization, cutting the ties between weed and the hardcore addictive drugs

As far as legalizing it goes:

- its not for kids, set an age, or better yet, an IQ needed to use it

- tax the crap out of it, use the tax $ for school funds

if there are no admins in server, and someone i dont know asks if an admin is around or if i am 1, i say yes

i say it because most of the time, if someone 'thinks' an admin is around, they will behave

i've seem WoA tm play on gc quite a bit

if he was upholding the gc gaming standards, i dont think being a false admin is a problem

he has no power, he's just trying to keep the game running smoothly
