I was reading some of the twl forums lastnight and it seems that there is a lot of people having peoblems with the utsecure 1.11. They unstall it and then can not get into there servers. Something about the mldg and skins that come with are causing problems. Once you install it looks like your pretty screwed. I believe there are other options for the server anticheat that twl accepts though but I will have to look in to it. www.recongamer.com is where I found to be reasonable servers for the price. I been thinking about renting another private server from them but I was going to wait and see how this goes first.

Do we have a IRC channel? I am asking becasue when I ran the cs clan we had our own IRC channel (anyone can make one and free) and I found a bot that I linked to my server (took up 1 spectator slot) and anything that happened in the server as far as talking, showing teams score, who killed who, etc showed up in the irc channel. We only used it in matchs (with other teams permission and with access for them to) but it was a way of other people not in the locked server to be able to see what is happing as it happens, also is a excelent way to call for a sub in the event somone drops.

Good deal. What ever I can help with I will do my best. Hopefully we will get to play this match instead of them forfiting but be sure once we get going we are going to be pretty busy with at least 1 match a week. The first thing on the agenda is I want to make a list of everyone who is signed up for the league best times and days available for matchs. Since I have never played a ut match in this league I would say 2 hour time frame would be acceptable. I ran into someone recruiting for there clan on the mobo server tonight. I didnt say anything to them but was wondering where the /-=GC=-/ stands on this issue.

My biggest distraction is the TV that sits next to my monitor. The other thing that messes me up is when the cat jumps on my desk and lays down on my hand which is working my mouse. I push him off but he keeps coming back so I pull some fur out and that usually does the trick.

Yes, I agree with everything. I am trying to be on the server more often and when I am on I always talk to my team on the mic (espically when i get a redemer) I just hate when I am blabing on for about 5 min then figure out I am the only human on my team. When I play it is all about the GC team baby and making my way to the top of the list. Brillow, the reason I mentioned starting with the TWL was from my experience in OGL, PG and Cal are all skillfull leagues. The TWL was not as skillfull but close. You join the league and prob the first 2 or 3 challenges the other team will forfit but it also gives you a good idea on who is realiable for schduled matchs and lets us fine tune our organization on getting everyone together for a match. After them first few matchs won by forfit we were challenging or being challenged by teams every week. The nice thing about it is all you have to do is go there make a team (You will be leader) and tell us when you are done and post a link so we can go there and join your team. Once we got at least 6 signed up we can join a ladder and start challenging, other people can join your team at anytime but they must wait like a week after there sign up before they are eligible to play in matchs. I rather let us make our mistakes and learn our lessons on some what a medium league rather then feed us to the lions in the more prestige leagues. We can join and do well with out much practice and use our matchs as kinda of our main practices. If everything goes well then we could join another league thus giving more options for our members to be able to play in matchs. It sure would look pretty seeing a post on the main page saying" GC ranks 1 in TWL "and is a very achieveable goal here.

Is there any way to increase the bots skill level? If so I think it is time we take them to the next level. People wont complain about them if they get there butts kicked by them....

Just a thought but it seems to me that the messages flash on and off to fast for people to be able to read them all. I probably only catch half of them and if we could also change the coloring of the messages from white to a more stand out colore that my help to.

Jumped into the server today and one of the regulars told me that players kAy4zZ and -=DEATH_LORD=- where violating the language rule and wanted me to post it so somone could ban them. I personaly did not see or hear this but one was gone and the other was on the other team when I joined. The reg came on my teams channel to tell me and I said I would say something.

I prob run into at least 1 person using vulgar language a night but can not do much but warn them. The lagg does seem like it has been happing more often for me but I just usually play threw it although I have lost connection to server couple of times lately but I figured that was more on my side of things.

Dang that is a big board...Thats pretty kewl man...we spent alot of time on electrical since it is problably 75 percent of your problems in the feild but I am sure I am not as advanced as your are. I had to take a course in PLC'S though which I really enjoyed. I am mostly learning about the maintenace side of it more like your boilers, chillers, motors, air handlers, etc but we also get into stuff like maual J, D, and P, Air quality, caculations, etc.

I would also like to see a fast paced map added frostbite sounds good to me.

Well I go to school and am graduating here in the end of July with my associates in HVAC-R, I work full time as a Engineer at a casino, and plan on signing up for some more class so I can get my staionary Engineer 3 licence but I am with ya brother. I plan on keeping my set schdule I posted which basicly means I play early mornings on the weekends and night time on the weekdays.

Ok you busted me I been playing cz lately because of the new update which made some pretty kewl changes like new hostage models with new AI there pretty entertaining and can move around everywhere now. I have reinstalled ut 2004 without the patch and been on a few times since with no problems so plan on seeing me back in action more on a daily basis getting them stats up....

ok this patch seems to be getting worse for me. It crashs more now. I havent done nothing but install the patch and havent ventured into the above post yet. Tonight I joined and played for maybe 30 min and then crash to my desktop. So I start it up again and try to join again(I notice my name is still in the server) and carsh to my desktop. I rebot and start it up again and finally join but now my name is player. So I go all the way back to my desktop and start it again and (my name back to normal) play for another 30 to 45 min and crash....GRRRRRRRRR

Had a guy tonight I believe his name was death and he keep using vulgar language so I asked him please not to use vulgar language, He replied I didnt know I was playing with 8th graders and I replied back I am not a 8th grader but kids play here also and you need to refrain from using vulgar language. He did again so I replied I guess we will be looking at the logs and banning some people tomorrow. He went on some more and I told him this is not your server and you do not make the rules here. Either way I dont care if we look at the logs or ban him. I was just trying to stop his disruption he was causing becasue he was arguing and calling others names, complaining about the bots and the teams and everything else. How does the admin thing work Fatty? What kind of duckets we talking here to get admin. All I would be interested is the ban and even then I would only want to ban for a set amount of time like a hour or so or even access to a vote kick option just for /-=GC=-/ members would work to.
