Server config for trop?

Fatty or whoever has webadmin/localadmin access on the server (new and old), what's the config file look like? Reason I ask is that:

points out some interesting things about the way netcode works. Jon did a boatload of research including talking to some ppl at Valve about it. Trying to figure out the best settings to have and knowing the server settings for things like:

 

sv_maxupdaterate

sv_maxcmdrate

sv_maxrate

etc

 

would be very useful--might even be worth publishing these config settings with the appropriate recommendations for play on trop on the boards.
