Out of curiousity, is this to look into the issue people were having with choke? I noticed that after a reboot last night it didn't help a whole lot When pinging the IP I was not dumping any packets at all - through both a shell account and regular DOS prompt. I was kinda bummed to have to return back to a NYC server.

It might, it's some general maintainance. Of course I can't say for sure.

 

do you show the same choke to mayhem?

 

everytime someone says "choke" i punch in net_graph 3 and see 0 or 1 for my choke. Dunno.

FYI for those who do not know. Choke is a packet loss on the upload of data. Your upload rate (I think updaterate or maybe cmdrate, can't remember) is what is doing this. Also try just lowering your rate in general. If you have it at 20000, then move it down to 15000 or even 10000.
