Fell off the bandwaggon actaully.

 

Was doing uber awesome on cardio 5 days a week. Lifting for a 30 min a day.

 

Then, the 12 hour work days started about three weeks ago. I get home and I'm sapped. The last thing I want to do is anything physially demanding.

 

My metabolism is up tho. I'm at the 200 lbs mark and holding. I need to kick it into gear again and soon.
