Major Router Problem leading to Vipers-Servers

Looking at 250 to 300 plus pings on the router leading to our physical cpu - looks to be a Chicago Tier 1 or 2 provider problem

 

Hopefully cleared up soon...

Looks like a router went down - not Tier One otherwise things would be *really* bad.

 

As it is, with the re-routing to compensate, pings are in the low 100s now - much better than 300 plus but still not where they need to be.

 

Hopefully this will get resolved sooner rather than later...
