VooDooPC February 7, 2006 Share VooDooPC Member February 7, 2006 I'm not exactly sure how you got .tmp files and not .gcf files. Put them in your Steamapps folder and then start the game through Steam that the backup file is for. It will install the game from the file instead of redownloading them. AgentTuna March 20, 2006 Share AgentTuna Member March 20, 2006 im not sure what exactly you're asking but if you want to like.. restore all your cs stuff... save all your files you want to keep. (eg. config.cfg, /maps /sounds /models) and just drag your "C:/Program Files/ Steam(or valve)/SteamApps/Youremail@email.com/Counterstrike Source" to a differnet place (just i case it doesnt work) and then make a new one folder and plop those old files you wanted to save back in t here then good as new..
