It discusses ideas and reactions to it and has input from people in art, music and film. Personally I find inspiration from researching and viewing art and design. I also find muisc very powerful source. The only inspiration from my min wage job comes from anger and in its rareity a good day. Being near the lake is nice too. Getting wired before bed on work or coffee works too. But now and then you get those ideas from some knee-jerk reaction. '...I agree with Thomas Edison: he said it's 99 per cent perspiration and 1 per cent inspiration. Basically if you put in the time focusing on your work, there's a chance inspiration will strike.'
