Correct me if I am wrong about it being on the server network. It is not on my end though. :)

 

Massive choke and Loss. Only on this server that is on my list at the moment.

Actually thats a router right outside the servers network (there on internap) not your end, its your isp's route but not there router (if you get that :P)

 

not happening on my route to the server, give it some time, they will prolly reset the router soon, im sure your not the only one getting it.
