Correct me if I am wrong about it being on the server network. It is not on my end though.

 

Massive choke and Loss. Only on this server that is on my list at the moment.

Actually thats a router right outside the servers network (there on internap) not your end, its your isp's route but not there router (if you get that )

 

not happening on my route to the server, give it some time, they will prolly reset the router soon, im sure your not the only one getting it.
