I actually bought 2 Voodoo 2 1000's back in 1999 for $120 total. I'm still waiting for the $30x2 mail in rebate. I still have them in my Compaq Presario 5280, 433 Celeron.

I preordered a pair from Guillemot in 1998 for around $260 I think, great deal considering a single card would set you back ~$220. I run a pair of Trust Voodoo 2s in my Celeron 300A system, I'm using them cause they look so cool with black PCBs and blue resistors. I also have 3 Diamond Monster 2s (1 CIB) and a Guillemot Maxi Gamer 2 (CIB). I figure I can get rid of the V2 1000s.
