is this normal?

I'm not 100% sure, but I think that is normal, it goes down when your not using it to "save" energy, and goes up to normal when you use 3d apps or something graphically 'intense'. CPU's do the same thing.

as you can see, the core/shader/memory clock are spiking up and down, is that normal?

 

im using drivers 186.24, if that helps...also my specs are on my sig.

ah kk, gotcha, i jus happened to had my precision tool runnin and first time i actually noticed the clocks spikin up&down.
