What he means is that he sometimes votes for the wrong map. He'd like the ability to change his vote. I support this idea, but I'm not sure if it's possible.

According to Isias, who presumably knows what's going on, revote is not planned as a feature for Mani 1.2. It would be nice to have, but is not really worth changing admin plugins over. Revote is a pretty simple feature, since Mani already tracks who has and hasn't voted, so it seems like there's a good chance that it will get into a new version in the near future.
