I have no idea who drew each one, but there are several backgrounds that can be accessed with the paint bucket icon in the top right corner.

If you are talking about the Diablo 3 background which I think is the default before you start clicking the paint bucket icon I got it from here

-click css next to your bookmark star in the right of the address bar
