Raiden July 4, 2003 Share Raiden Member July 4, 2003 Mine finally died. I went online to googlegear.com and tried to build my own with what they had ended up with like oh $2,500. I want like 2 optical drives(cd/rw, dvd/rw), floppy, zip(external prefered), motherboard, amd xp, memory, video card(Radeon 9800), sound card(audigy sound blaster 2), custom case(can get myself and transfer I think), monitor, keyboard, mouse EVERYTHING. Possibly: Case PSU Floppy CD-ROM Hard Drive Sound Video If this were the case you could buy a new mobo, CPU, RAM, heatsink/fan and continue on and then upgrade the other bits and pieces as you can afford to. If it's a "brand name" PC you may have to check that the case is not custom to the motherboard, connectors, etc. - i.e., that it is a standard ATX layout.
