Game Daemons is happy to announce that is has expanded its kPanel services with more options available to use.

 

We have added several new features that continue to provide our clients with the best possible experience in managing their game server.

 

Mod Changer: We have implemented a new feature that allows our Half-Life based clients to switch to any available mod.  You will find that this feature will also allow you to keep your previous mod in tact while you enjoy another.

 

Server Reinstall: This feature is for those clients that accidentally delete files or bring down their server by mistake.  Often times game servers crash and do not come back online because of improper usage.  In case you cannot reach a support staff member fast enough, one can now use our Reinstall Option to completely wipe the server clean and reinstall and start it back up.

 

Ticket System: We have implemented a new ticket system from the kPanel that we encourage all of you to use.  Because we need crucial account information to assist our staff in serving you, this is the absolute fastest way to receive the best support possible.

 

We have many more features coming out soon that will continually raise the bar in the ultiimate game server management.
