I believe I remember hearing some "go for its" when I mentioned making this a forum of its own. Let's see if people start to look for a forum like this and return to it. Anyone really into fitness that would like to moderate? All we really need is conversation starters. If it goes well, it'll someday move up to "Other Stuff!"
