LOL, no no Clueless, I should have made myself more clear. I just think it gives an unfair advantage when it may prevent you from shooting a team mate, not that it gives you any special headshot ability. Shrug, I am a purist and think the game should be played as is. As long as you and I are both having fun without using something to disadvantage another player thats all that matters. Needle

One of the other problems with the water tower was that it was completed about a year before the mall was. People were taking the exit ramp and looking for a mall when there was nothing but a huge muddy field. Calls to the city ensued and thus another reason the sign was changed. Silly people, but yes, I know the water tower and can remember when it wasn't there. Scary. Malfane

I used to live right around there, grew up in Florence. Now I live in Arkansas which isn't a whole lot different with the exception of the population. This is a REALLY sparsley populated state. Anyway, spring is springing here, flowers have bloomed, leaves are coming out on the trees and the dogwoods are beautiful. Go spring! The Needle

I agree, the tanks and pipes should have stayed, but the rest of the changes I can live with. Sigh, I loved those pipes. The Needle

Hello everyone. I just wanted to take a moment to introduce myself outside of the game. I play as Malfane or The Needle, two names which I have used on and off for years. I was an old CS player who quit for a few years and when I played HL2 thought I would give CS Source a shot and have rediscovered my love of the game. I enjoy your servers for the good attitudes of the players, the even-handed admins and the code of ethics which allows my children to play here as well. You have a good thing going and I am glad to have found your servers. I have been able to watch my skills return in the few weeks since I started playing again and I appreciate the humor with which most of you suffer my rantings as well as my rushing nature. I agree. Compound is a good map and very team oriented for the CT's. I see many people on this server who almost invariably join the CT side and I enjoy seeing them get mopped up for not cooperating . Malfane/The Needle
