    Has anyone played with these?

    i have one 512mb version - r3d3ey3z gave it to me at ff2013 with a usbhub, 32gb sd card, and a usb wiireless.

     

    ive played with a couple of oses and pimame - so far no troubles. this weekend i hook up the camera for 'security' mode testing with motion detection

    last experiment will control some solenoids in a friend's 6 zone lawn sprinkler system

    it ran dos better than dos did - at the time we were developing a dos based app and the multitasking was as awesome as it was necessary. i was on a 200 or 233mmx with 2x300MB hard drives. I paid $640 for just the drives...4 or 8mb ram i cant remember. compiling and testing was such a blast at that time...........

    Lobo, dewMikey, and m0m are home safe and sound.

     

    Great space, power, easy setup and breakdown, and other than the heat and humidity...inside...I enjoyed meeting the new faces and was excited to see all the 'old folks' once again.

     

    Notables:

    WalkingCat speaks with a Russian accent

    Lobo and Wolf's Blood still rock the ridonkulously large CRT monitors

     

    and last but not least...noone was the recipient of the infamous pretzel treatment
