You need physical activity Playaa, a good diet can only do so much. If you never do physical activity you loose your muscle and any kind of endurance.

I used to be a tech head, now i don't know whats what. I stopped dabbling for a few years and i have a amd 3700 x800pro 2gigs ram 19' lcd whats core2duo, athlon x2 setups. When i lost track xeon setups were nice and my x800 cost 400bux. haha. is the new stuff just as easy to put together as setup ? i might be seeelling a street bike and have some money to blow. Prices on things look to have come down in the lst few years, but i didn't browse newegg long. so whats what now days ? i mess with photoshops a lot, play a few games. i am hearing the c2d setups are the way to and they are pretty over clock friendly as well ? oh yea, what OS are people using now days ? Im using XP Pro on my desktop, Vista on the laptop. I hate vista. Anything else mainstream easy to use ? so many questions i know, i lost track.
