I would LOVE to have a wii. I think they are awesome! But I can't afford one. I was hoping to find enough to sell on ebay to justify keeping one for myself. My kids won't get one until tax refund time (hopefully).

If people are willing to pay the money is that rape? Sure we are holding them over a barrel so to speak but this is all a result of the commercialization of Christmas (something I detest). People just have to get their kids what they want at any cost. I guess I just can't turn down an easy dollar.

I bought mine a month ago with the sole intention of making as much money as possible by waiting until the Christmas rush. If I wasn't so broke right now with Christmas right around the corner I would definitely cut you a deal, Fatty. It is sitting on Ebay right now with a 'buy it now' at 499.00. Doubt if it will go at that. Going to put it up for auction in about a week.

Be sure to talk to all the stores, sometimes they will give you tips on how to get one. Walmart.com has them for 677 but they come with 7 games you choose. So you really aren't paying much over retail. I don't like it because there are no extra wii remotes in the deal.

I've got one on Ebay right now but it would cost you more than $50.

If Kmart has them in a flyer they will have some on that day. Sometimes you can find them in weird places. I got this one at my local 'Movie Gallery'.

I turned the Browns Steelers game on and was blown away. Not by the score but by the half empty stadium. Duke might be able to jump up on the season tickets list. I would never have thought the Steeler's fans would be leaving so early and it wasn't eve a blowout... yet.

The weird part of me grieves for the ruined saw blade.

Black ops is the right answer. That clan disbanded and most of their members joined DOH. Mmmm stole one in Barto. But there were members from those other clans as well... as you would well know

DLM has always been and will always be. Their slogan is 'Slinging poo since 1999'

As far as the fall outs... Not really. There have been a couple but in how many years?

Destroyer had a server. Fatty had a vision. Everyone else enjoyed the fruits of that union. Until one day (not long after 9/11 i think) the two had a falling out. Fatty took the Mmmm vision and eventually had the GC vision. Dest started DOH which might even still be around. Dest left DOH after some time and I have no idea what he is doing nowadays. There was contention between Doh and Mmmm but time heals all wounds (except maybe for DJ Premier) and now we enjoy peace in the land.

Who can tell me the 'clan' that comprised most of the members that would become DOH?

Yeah, I have stopped watching the episodes. IF people seem to think it was good I will pick up the DVD.

i've got a 32" sharp aquos at my cottage and it's pretty nice. just have to get the satellite upgraded to the hd one and we can take full advantage of it.

I thought this episode was the best so far. The Sylar thing was interesting. Peter's story is getting interesting. The cheerleader's story is still lame. But it's interesting that her dad saw his death painting.

Hiro's story is quite cool. He is going to break the 'time/space continuum' for love. How sweet.

I keep waiting for the overarching theme. They better get it going soon because the characters aren't interesting enough to just keep plodding along like this.

I drew some stuff down just because I wanted a free membership but I think the original stuff is pretty good.

Didn't they show a preview where Syler didn't remember who he was.... and he is on a tropical beach.

Maybe they are being setup to reverse roles. Peter will now be the bad guy and Syler will be the good guy.

How lame would that be.

Just finished watching the series. It was really tough seeing the concentration camp stuff for me. I've heard many many stories from family members about what happened in those camps and I still shed a tear. Its funny if that war never happened I wouldn't be alive today, my family would of all eventually been killed off......kinda strange to take a step back and think about that.

 

After watching that entire series I kind of feel emotionally drained and a little numb.....dunno where I'm going with this post so I'll just stop typing. Oh and if you haven't watched this series I highly suggest you do. And if you have children that are old enough to view horrible images of war and death, I would suggest that you sit down with them and help them understand what makes this country so great and to help them appreciate what those before them did to ensure their freedom.

Have you visited a Holocaust museum? They have one near Detroit and my church teen group went there. From what I hear it was a very moving experience. They had an actual holocaust survivor speak.

I don't know of any WW2 veterans on this board but I know of some more recent veterans. I know I will never understand what you went through and that a 'message board' thank you is insignificant and trite compared to your personal sacrifice, but I want to look you in the eye and shake your hand and say thank you.
