just a quick shout out to all my Mmmm community friends, wanted to say hello while i procrastinate studying for my test. School is going well, hope to hop online and frag with ya all for a bit in between terms when i stop up at Magruters house in may. Hope you all are keeping out of trouble. its important to note that vitamins are NOT regulated by the food and drug administration... this being said, there is still no reason not to go for it, but realize that no safety or efficacy studies have been run on whatever this dude is peddling. also, with most vitamins, they are supplying you with essential stuff. but much of that can come in a form that is not absorbable. my personal thoughts; unless you have a familial predisposition to a known disorder that revolves around vitamins (anemia, clotting disorders) or you eat unbalanced/poorly (KFC and christmas cookies) you really don't need vitamins if you are in the 20-40 age group... but what do i know, just my two cents...

seriously, when i played four or five months ago i never saw as many people blatently hacking on your server!!! its ridiculous. so my wall hacks and people surfing aroudn with only their head above the ground... am i losing it or am i the only one who bothers to mention it or am i just outta date with CS and have not realized than steam provides you with the ability to cheat??? i love this place but in the week i have been on vacation i have left the server multiple times due to this, its frickin annoying and unexpected! maybe i am just seeing things (had a few beers) but don't let trop go downhill!!!

so i can't just type in the tropolis address up at the top of the screen??? i think i got all the downloads i need, but when i try to get onto trop it tells me i cannot log onto a server that is operating under a different protocol help! i wanna get fragged again!

can somebody type up a quick thingy on how i reload CS and get the 1.6 version and all of that??? i have a CD key and what not but i remember when mags helped me load it the first time there was some special stuff i had to do to make sure i had the correct version loaded, b/c my version is old or something like that - many thanks for any assistance! ratch - on vacation!

hits the really young and the really old the worst, therin lies the chance of death b'c of a decreased immune system. funky this year though b/c a relatively healthy 8 yr old boy died from the flu. another potential problem is that the flu vacc is for a different strain, not to mention that viruses can mutate so friggin quickly... back to the books, one more test to go!!!! mags, gimmie a ring on thursday afternoon if you see this post

ladies and gentlemen, i am happy to report, for the two or three of your how may give a rats behind, that after tomorrow i only have one more day or classes and then finals for the next week. therefore, based on magruters need to increase his K:D ratio, i am hopeful to reinstall CS for a holiday comeback session. thats right! you, yes you, can have the pleasure of beating up on me just like you used to. why, because i never minded dying when i played before, and i am sure not to mind during this very special holiday season! granted, i will be sure to let you know all of the anatomical landmarks you peg me at while i collapse under a concentrated stream of AK-47 bullets, but thats something you'll just have to appreciate. and of course, in honor of my legacy from before, you can be assured that i will not have headphones, because that would just make things too easy okay, back to studying, wish me luck and if everything works out i should be seeing you all in the fraggin' zone within a week or two! ratch

hmmm, a monkey is a great wish for christmas, but i think i'll just take the smokes... I want: a new tennis racket (Prince Triple Threat - Response) some new kicks a massage for my achin' neck and shoulders (2 would be cool so my wife and i can go together) definitely safe travel for all over the holidays and for next term to be easier than this term so i don't feel like every single day (and night) oh yeah, and i want mags to come visit for new years and bring lots of good booze

hmmm, mags did you tell them about your overnighter at the fantasy ranch, or wonderland, or seaworld, or whatever MJ calls his haunted house of molestation??? com'on christmas break - 8 days left 'til finals!!!

hey mmmm and community - ratch here reporting on month three (or four, i dunno) of med school. wanting to let ya'll know things are cruising along really well and, if things work out, CS just might be reinstated for a couple of select days over the christmas holiday (i can gain back my reputation for a K:D ratio of .35 or something ridiculous like that)! man how i look forward to having time to waste! classes are going good, just finished back to back tests on the upper and lower limbs. pretty cool stuff when you can actually see an ACL and understand why people tear them so easily... also cranking away in physiology, as well as genetics (test in there monday). but thats my life, livin' test to test and on nights like tonight when i am good and studied up spending time with my wife and a couple friends playing games and drinking a few cold beverages. the term is so close to done i can taste the freedom, geesh i can't wait for a day with nothing to do. anyways, as always be sure to keep magruter in line for me when he is around, and you guys take care of yourselves. i'll report back in a month when classes are done (no promise of sobriety in that post!). taker' eazy all! ratch MSU-COM, MS-1

golly gee! mags that is really funny, especially in light of the fact ( and ya'll don't know this) but mags was the unsung (and unfounded, not true, etc) happy guy of our fraternity in college!!! oh scooter, thats good stuff! lol!! ~ratch (i will vouch for the fact that mags does not, uhhhh, switch hit or anything like that, he has a beautiful girlfriend that i hang out with and enjoy spending tmie with - but that doesn't change the fact that that pic is damn funny!!!)

hey Mmmm and community, ratch here to say waz up and make sure you all are still fraggin' your way to happiness! school is going well, i have managed to spank just about every test they have thrown at me. Unfortunately thats not true from some of the friends i have made, but i am hopeful that they can turn things around to get through this first term. I am viewing med school right now as getting a masters degree first, then moving on to the real deal in year three as thats when we enter the hospitals. seems like the right thing to do since viewing the process as it really is (4 years school, 3-5 residency getting paid less than minimum wage) seems unfathomable. so anyways, all good here on the school front. hope you all are doing well, be back to say hello soon! ~ratch

hi Mmmm friends (and community)! just wanted to drop you a line to say 'waz up' and let you know i haven't forgotten all of ya. med school is a lot of fun, like going to the dentist and the proctologist at the same time. seriously though, things are going good and i am whooping butt in classes, and in a strange way, enjoying myself. learning amazing amounts of information, more than i ever thought i could retain or appreciate. its rough, but i gotta do it to get to be what i want to be. hope you guys (and gals, can't leave knock out) are hanging in there and enjoying the last days of summer. oh yeah, somebody please kill mags for me hope this note finds you all well ~ ratch
