Hey I got a kid that needs a computer for college, I have most everything but I want him to be able to play CS and stuff too. I am donating all my junk but I have very little money so I can't complete it. If any of you guys have some extra stuff lying around that you don't need I'ld be very appriciative and even give you tax credit as I'm giving him the computer from the church. I need a socket A cpu 266fsb or better due to motherboard HDD at least 10 gb ddr ram at least 256mb (MB won't read less)

Ok so from what I see here there is no need for me to put any norton garbage on my PC because you will have the ability to scan me at the door? Correct? Also if we do arrive at say 3:30pm will we get the smack down or do we just have to wait outside for a few min? Should I bring my 50 foot cat5 cable or would a 15 footer be ok? get a program like Regcleaner and look at your start-up. It's freeware and is nice, simple and doesn't include anything else. http://www.worldstart.com/weekly-download/...-cleaner4.3.htm just install it and start it up click the start-up list tab and see everything thatstarts automatically with windows. You can remove the start up command with a click.
