Welp, starting back at spring break I took an actual break from my diet/exercise....here's why: I had more or less hit the wall I may have spoke about....193-194ish and just couldn't break through. So I decided to take a break.

 

3+ weeks and not so good of a diet and Moneday I got back to it starting with a fitness test (something in the latests Men's Health...gonna scan and post here).

 

I'm happy to announce that I set a new personal record. Last evening I got on the mill and went 6 straight miles..no rest or walking at all. I don't think I've ever run that far in my life...football nor baseball ever required the LD training.

 

So, I weighed in at 194.5 and am ready to bust through that 190 barrier. My goal is 185 by June 8, which is the last day of school for me and the day we drive to Florida.
