Fatty August 25, 2004 Share Fatty GC Founder August 25, 2004 Let me clarify a few things about trouble tickets as we'd like to see them and obviously help you through them.... 1) The ticket is an issue that has a describable solution...it's concrete in nature 2) Opinions are not grounds for tickets...post your opinion topic somewhere else. 3) New ideas also go in other threads for discussion. 4) Basically, the trouble ticket should be saved for: -GC tells me service X is part of my dues, and service X is not working. -Issue Y normally isn't an issue, but I notice this continue problem with Y. -Problem Z is causing problems for me and others, either in the atmosphere or in a concrete way (i.e. connection, setting, etc) Thanks for helping me help the guys who help you and the rest of us keep this machine moving!
