For now, you can have this tidbit of info: The CSS tourney will be $50 / team, with the top two teams sharing the winnings, probably something like 80/20. Teams will have to be preregistered and prepaid prior to the LAN. It's gonna be organized, and planned ahead. We won't be registering teams or wondering what's what at the fest itself.
