Goal 203 -> 188 (first goal= 15 lbs)

1 month weight: 190 - 13 lbs, or 87% of goal achieved.

Since I seem to be so far ahead in % points, I'll take the first month, but I'm going to change my goal to 180 lbs, which means I'm actually at 57% of that (13 lbs of 23 lbs loss goal)

Reporting in at 2 months. Bub, ya got me this month.

I'm at 182, which is 80% of my goal of 10lbs to reach 180.

I'll post pics later tonight.

This is getting harder and harder for me, although I'm not done!

This month's goal is 6 lbs to get to 176.

Pictures later this evening as well.

Beginning Weight: 240

Current Weight: 216.6

Overall Goal: 200 (58.5%)

Monthly Goal: 215 (88.5%)

Goal for November 10+ lbs (206)

Side note, I now weigh less than I have in the last 8 to 10 years. I came out of high school at 180 and during lifting in college got to 210 healthily (is that a word?) and then started packing on the blubber...LOL...I feel great!!

For some reason I had Dec 5th down on my screen saver here at work... Pretty sure you're still gonna beat me, but if I weighed myself now I'd still be weighing Thanksgiving vacation.

Probably no pics this month for me, too minimal. I was at 178 at one point. I will weigh in next Monday.

Then again, your day is right, 4 weeks. You win. :) I won't have a weight for a couple days though.

You won this month. I was as low as 178 this month, but I'm at about 180-181 right now.

My goal for this month is to stay around 180. I have to build up to a point where I'm ready to bust down the last 10-11 lbs.

Going to Texas over Christmas, going to take advantage of the weather down there and put in some serious miles.
