I'm 6'4 174; maxed out this weekend at 110, sad I know.

 

My workout = 30 reps of 105 in sets of 3 on bench; then incline with 95, then some curls with 25's.

 

I run a little until I can't breathe anymore. I'm not looking to get buff just not be all flabby; my main concern right now is ab routines and pushups, which I really suck at and can barely do 10 lol. Being lanky = hard to work out.
