discom February 14, 2006 Share discom Member February 14, 2006 (edited) i cant display animated .gifs anymore in my web browser. They appear as static images. Also, I can't even see ppl's eggs that they have in their sigs I already checked Tools>Internet options>Advanced>"Play animations in web pages", I am not running any firewalls besides the microsoft one, and I have tried firefox. Nothing works. any suggestions? just hope i dont got some virus Edit: i'm using norton virus scanner, but i dont think that would do it cause this is a new problem and i've had norton for quite some time Edited February 14, 2006 by discombobulated
JackieChan February 14, 2006 Share JackieChan GC Alumni February 14, 2006 pfft norton sucks. Try downloading AVG (free edition mind you... it doesn't matter anyways), update it, do a full system scan. As for the animated gif problem.... no idea. I never heard of a virus disabling image displays and such... I don't know.
