I loved the original as a kid and knowticed that this new version is a lot grittier. The special effects are great especially for the sciFi channell. Eddie Almos is great as Adama. The addition of the second battlestar I think is great as in the original it was destroyed fighting a basestar. I also noticed that a lot of these people dont get along.
