Got banned, atleast i would like a reason? banned

Well i was playing in gc | FF | Stock | Midwest > Recrudescence 100tic

 

And i got kicked the first time for saying to my team "Please stop buying autosnipers they are unbeleivbly lame."

Than i reconnected and asked why i got kicked....The admin, im pretty sure it was *|CsLs|* U.S.M.C. | PopeIII .GC and he just said that he had enough with me and talon.

Than we played another round and i got killed by an auto shottie and i said "autogayed" because i beleive that it was.

And i get kicked and banned.

 

I was not imformed that lame was a swear word?

 

And i was also not given any warning that it was.

 

Ive pub in that server for a while, and im pretty sure ive said lame, im sure norgman/talon have said it, im sure alot of other people have said it, and have faced no consequences/warnings.

 

Just wondering if anything could be done about this....

I have warned you about saying "lame" before. I have warned you about intentionally tking your teammates before too. I kicked you for your first violation and banned you for the second for seven days.

 

You can come back and play on our server in a week. If your attitude doesn't change, you won't have the privledge of playing on midwest stock anymore.

You came back and you continued the same whiny language, using the word lame a second time and got banned.

 

As far as I can see, that is a warning for a behavior, followed by a banning by the same behavior that was not changed.

 

It makes no difference who said what when and how and what happened. The fact is, you didn't adhere to the warning and got yourself banned.

 

Nobody said lame was a swear word, and let's not think so simplistically to assume that you have to type swear words to get removed.

There's an MOTD on the screen everytime you join the server. No, we're not going to make a list of the billion things that can get you removed.

 

Reflex himself just claimed that he's played here. Shouldn't take you long to realize we don't tolerate lots of things, including whining.

Again, the admin present may very well consider a kick a warning. It's a warning that a ban is coming if you don't change your behavior. Also, about the rules, read above. If you need a flipchart list of the rules, you need to find another server.

A Kick is a warning....to me that doesnt seem like that solves the problem, i think a verbal warning would be more effective, kicking someone only gets them fired up, and will only cause more problems.

 

What i did i didnt see as whining. I saw it as contructional critisim we were losing because they had our auto snipers.

 

Honestly i have dilbertly tked on 1 occcasion because this guy kept attacking me dilbertly and i killed him, and i think that was the admins fault for not taking action. All of the other times were accidents.

 

Well i guess ill just be on in a week, now i know i cant say lame....

I have warned Reflex about this in the past. As far as I'm concerned he has had enough warnings. A slip up is ok, but Reflex repeated his mistake and his only defense was feigning ignorance of GC rules.

 

S4H-Talon and Reflex both whined about the kick on the mic; that I why I stated that I had had enough of their "garbage."
