dragonfly September 21, 2006 Share dragonfly Member September 21, 2006 (edited) So I've been using my Verbatim U3 usb key (2 gigs) for the last week and it's been great. Plenty of room. Today I go and plug it in at school to get my C programming files off to bring them home and when i plugged it into my pc it froze. I mean, completely froze it. I tried it on my roommates, and it's fine on his, so i transferred the files to a separate key i have and that worked fine. Therefore, it's not the usb key itself, cause it worked on my roomy's, it's not the files, cause they're on my pc now, and it's not my usb. What the heck is it??? I installed some nero yesterday that came with my dvd burner (including InCD etc). Could these conflict with eachother somehow to make my usb key not work? Note: it came with some form of software that opens automatically when you plug it in, called U3 or something like that.
