They came with my Dell laptop that is now defunct due to the way they connect the power to their mainboard. Anyway, they sticker on them says this: hynix PC2700S-25330 256MB DDR 333MHz CL2.5 HYMD232M646D6-J KN Newegg is selling some of these things in the $25-$30 arena.
