he had a porn spray which was witnessed by Monthos and I. Monthos kicked him but i think he deserves a ban because i told him before on a different map to stop with the spray.

I'm inclined to defer to Monothos since he was the admin in-game when this happened. Aside from that, why did you make a new post? There's already a ban request forum for these things.

 

I do have a question about how you spoke with him before though. Did you TELL him not to spray that, and possibly threaten to have him banned? If so that was wrong, unless you ARE and admin, no one should TELL any player in game to do anything. You can ask them to stop and remind them, politely, that this is a clean server. If they dont' stop at that point try to contact an admin, failing that post up here, although in the ban request forum plz. Telling them to stop when you don't have the ability to take care of them is worse than doing nothing.

 

I'm not saying that you did all this, just wanna make a general statement.

This is what i did

 

 

I saw him spray and i asked him over mic to stop. He said it wasn't him though i saw him do it. He then did it again and i said no porn sprays. The map switched to cobble and he was fine for a bit. Then he sprayed it once by B bombsite. I then talked to Allanon via Vent and asked him if he had a moment to come into server he said he didnt. So i told him i need ban (because we dont tolerate that kind of stuff). Then in server i said something along the lines of

 

"congratulations smurf u just got yourself a ban"

 

I dont think it was an over reaction he broke the rules several times, other members informed they saw him spray it as well. I dont mind giving out warnings but when you break the rules right after you've strictly been told not to and it's done on purpose, AND you do it several times, I think that warrants a ban. As the server says no porn sprays..simply put. If he had only done it once after i told him...a kick would be fine as Monthos had done. But he broke it several times after being informed.
